Hello, I’m Nikita and I love what I do, even if juggling it with family life can be a challenge! My first job in an architecture firm gave me a strong understanding of the whole build process. I found roles in high end showrooms in London rewarding, but missed the personal touch so I moved to Winchester - where I met Kier! I started Honest by Design because I saw an opportunity to offer honest advice to clients, with services genuinely tailored to your life.

Hello, I’m Kier and I hate writing things like this! I love working with wood because I don’t like talking much. I enjoy the flexibility and challenge of working with different products. As well as installing kitchens I undertake bespoke interior work Nikita has designed with you. My business, K Tap Carpentry, also offers decorating and other complementary services - ensuring the installation of your project is seamless.

Hello, I’m Trevor, and I’ve been told I’m a fountain of carpentry knowledge. I’ve worked with Nikita since 2008 (for my sins)! I also taught Kier everything he knows – and it was a joy to pass on what my grandfather taught me. This is all I’ve ever done and I’ve worked for a whole range of clients and businesses around Berkshire and Hampshire.

Hello, I’m Antony, I love to talk and make up for how little Kier says! I met Kier, Nikita & Trevor when we all worked together in Winchester. Nowadays I mostly have a paint brush in hand and I’m always in a good mood. I like working with Honest by Design because it’s like a family.
